Jimmy Mansour, Architect and Urban Planner
Our Lead Advisor
Jimmy is a registered architect in NSW and a construction professional with master's degrees in architecture and urban planning. With a decade of experience in the AEC industry—equally divided between consultancy and construction—he has been involved in the design, documentation, and delivery of large-scale projects across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and educational sectors.
His expertise lies in architectural design, BIM management, and project delivery. Transitioning from consultancy to construction, he contributed to the Shoalhaven Hospital Redevelopment with John Holland Group, overseeing the design and execution of multiple project packages. His responsibilities included BIM implementation to LOD400, FF&E selection and procurement, and coordination of architectural, civil, and landscape elements, ensuring design integrity and constructability throughout the project lifecycle.
