Originally constructed in 1968 on a 1,200 sqm site, our clients sought to maximize the building height allowance by adding an upper storey to their home. This new level would house a spacious master suite, featuring a generous bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and an abundance of windows and clerestory lighting to ensure natural light and ventilation. In addition, we reimagined the surrounding landscape, incorporating a swimming pool with an expansive deck area complete with lounge chairs, a barbecue space, and lush native plantings that enhance privacy and create a serene outdoor retreat.
