Our client received development approval and had a certifier assigned, ready to proceed. They engaged our architectural services to progress the design to construction documentation for project execution. We developed the design to a tender-ready stage and subsequently collaborated with the builder to finalize the design, incorporating input on constructability and cost estimates. Upon finalizing the construction documentation, we secured the construction certificate from the certifier, allowing the project to move forward into construction.
