In this project, we were sub-contracted by the main electrical engineering firm responsible of designing and coordinating complete electrical studies from schematic to IFC level (LOD400). Our work included developing a precise 3D model encompassing distribution panels, containment raceways, busbars, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, security devices such as CCTV, interlocking fixtures, card readers, and communication systems like speakers and intercoms. Using well organised communication channels and coordination methods, we prepared detailed 2D construction plans with proper annotations, setouts and Bills of Quantities. Additionally, we proactively attended BIM coordination meetings to discuss and resolved clashes with structural, mechanical, and HVAC elements, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth delivery.
