We were engaged with the electrical contractor on this battery mega factory to provide BIM services for a well-defined scope which is routing cable trays and implementing supporting structures for each system. We conducted thorough clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts early, ensuring smooth integration. To manage the design and construction, the project was subdivided in sections, each programmed to be developed in stages. Following streamlined communication and clash coordination process we provided accurate IFC model and documentation to guide the installation process, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout a large number of sections. Additionally, we extracted detailed Bills of Quantities to provide precise cost estimations and material requirements, ensuring a better cost control and project delivery of a higher standard.
