Wagga Wagga Escape
We were engaged in this project from the feasibility stage to ensure it met the targeted return on investment. Our involvement extended through the Development Application (DA) process to secure council approval and continued through the preparation of construction documentation to bring the vision to life.
Designed as a spacious yet cost-effective Airbnb retreat, this development caters to adventure seekers visiting Wagga Wagga. Thoughtfully planned, it features a contemporary skillion roof that optimizes natural sunlight, ventilation, and thermal insulation. Each unit comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area, creating a comfortable and airy environment.
Every unit is designed with two balconies, each with a dedicated barbecue area, along with a generous private outdoor space and a carport accommodating two vehicles. Given the site's proximity to the main motorway, the landscape design integrates extensive acoustic tree screening for noise reduction, as well as shared spaces with provisions for additional parking along the private access road.
